FREE TRIAL POLICY
FOR GRAND OPENING/SEASONAL PROMOS
Our policy for the free trial subscription is as follows:
Upon signing up for our free trial subscription, you will have access to our services for 7 days at no charge. If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial period, you will be automatically enrolled into our Gold Wing subscription and your credit card on file will be charged accordingly.
If you wish to cancel your subscription before the end of the trial period, you can do so by logging into your account and selecting the cancel subscription option.
If you are enrolled in the Gold, Silver, or Bronze Wing subscription after the subscription period has ended, you will continue to have access to our services and your credit card will be charged accordingly until you choose to cancel your subscription.
We believe this policy provides a fair and transparent approach to managing our subscription service, and we encourage our customers to carefully review the terms and conditions before signing up for the free trial subscription.
Subscription Package Options
We offer subscription packages that span twelve months, six months, and three months. GodsMatch4U offers different subscription levels.
Although the subscription page highlights the monthly or weekly cost for each option (to help you compare the relative cost of the packages), your subscription package is charged in full when you subscribe. Please note, that there is no way to pause a subscription once you have subscribed.
In addition, all of our subscription packages include auto-renewal.
Subscription Errors
There are a few reasons you could receive an error when subscribing:
Is the credit/debit card number entered correctly?
Is your card's security code/CVV entered correctly?
Has your credit/debit card expired?
Have you exceeded your credit limit?
Is the billing address entered correctly?
You could also try re-entering your information or using a different form of payment.
Subscription Was Automatically Renewed
Uninterrupted access to the millions of potential matches is very important to our subscribers. This is why all subscriptions paid by credit card or debit card are automatically renewed at the end of the subscription period.
Subscription Status
You can check the status of your subscription, including renewal date, subscription amount, and subscription plan at any time by accessing your Subscription Status page.
What is a Free Trial?
Receiving a Free Trial
A free trial is a great way to test out our subscriber benefits while you're thinking about purchasing a subscription. It allows you to use the subscriber-only benefits for free for a few days.
Redeeming a Free Trial
You'll be asked to choose a paid subscription package and provide payment information so that you can automatically keep your subscriber benefits when your free trial is over. If you decide you don't want to be charged, simply cancel your subscription before the free trial period ends.
I'm not eligible
If you've recently enjoyed a free trial, or you're tired of waiting for a promotion, just go ahead and subscribe! We're pretty sure you're going to like GodsMatch4U.
Click on the Subscribe button in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. (If you’re using GodsMatch4U on a mobile device, you can find the Subscribe or Upgrade option on your Profile page.) The subscription page will direct you to choose from our different subscription packages and walk you through the billing process.
Canceling a Subscription
If you don't have a paid subscription (or if you have already turned off your auto-renewal), you can cancel your membership by visiting the Manage Subscription section on your Account Settings page.
When you cancel your membership, we immediately Hide your profile and photos from other members. Should you wish to rejoin the GodsMatch4U community, all you have to do is sign in and reactivate your account.
Your information will be retained in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Billing
How to Subscribe + Payment Options:
To subscribe, following the steps below:
1. Sign up for an account (if you haven't already done so)
2. Click on Premium Plans from your Profile page if you're using the GodsMatch4U app or Premium Plans in the navigation bar at the top of the GodsMatch4U website
The premiums plans page will direct you to choose from our different subscription packages and walk you through the billing process.

Billing all at once
All GodsMatch4U subscription packages are billed as one charge for the entire amount of the package.
When you’re purchasing a subscription, you may notice that the monthly rate is shown for comparison. This will help you find the best deal and decide which subscription package is right for you. To see the full amount that will be charged, simply check the "Review Your Subscription" section on the payment screen.
To see our current subscription rates, simply click on the "Premium Plans" button in the navigation bar at the top of the screen. (If you’re using GodsMatch4U on a mobile device, you can find the Premium Plans option on your Profile page.)
Updating Credit/Debit Card Information
If the card number that you used to subscribe with us is no longer valid, or if you'd like to use a different method of payment for future billings, then you should update your payment information to make sure your subscription will renew properly. To do this, simply go to your Premium Plans page, and then select the "Change Payment Method" link under the payment details on file.
If your credit/debit card expires during your subscription term and your financial institution issues you a new card for the same account, your payment information with GodsMatch4U will often be updated automatically by your financial institution. This means we’ll usually be able to process new charges (like subscription renewals) even if you don’t manually update your billing information.
Refund Policy
Please note that our subscriptions are non-refundable.
If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so on the Manage Subscription page.
Authorizations
When you subscribe (or when your subscription renews), you may see one or more "extra" transactions pending on your account as a result of authorization attempts made to your credit card. Whether these authorization attempts appear to you depends on your financial institution's policies, and they should automatically drop off your statement once the real transaction has completed. Your financial institution can also confirm that no other actual charges have been made to your account once your subscription transaction is complete.
If you see more than one posted transaction within a short period of time, please contact our Customer Care team via our Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Customer Support
Does Customer Support have a phone number?
GodsMatch4U does not have a customer support phone number, but you can log into your account and send us an email.
Please be aware that there are fake customer support numbers posted on various websites, none of which are affiliated with GodsMatch4U. GodsMatch4U.com is the only place we will share updates and we will never ask for your login credential.
Edit Your Profile
Your Profile contains questions about who you are, where you're from, the things that interest you, your lifestyle, and your background and values. It also asks you about your ideal match. All of this information helps form a great image of who you are and who you're looking for. Not only does this help potential matches understand you better, it also helps us provide you with better matches through our unique matching tools.
Profile Tips
Remember, no one likes a boring profile. Have some fun with it, and be creative!
Profile Completion Requirements
You don’t need to complete your profile in order to use GodsMatch4U. As soon as you create an account, you can start searching and making connections with other members right away.
Members with a paid subscription can still send and receive Messages, even if they have a hidden, incomplete, or pending profile. However, some types of free communication, such as sending Likes, require you to have a photo uploaded to your profile.
Cannot Edit a Profile
If you are having trouble editing your profile, there are a variety of possible explanations:
Your profile is appearing normally for everyone else, and it will appear normally for you once you clear your cache and cookies
You haven't completed your profile
You tried to complete your profile, but you were typing your profile text for longer than 45 minutes and you experienced a session time-out
You submitted your profile, but it was not approved
Profile Guidelines
We may reject profiles that contain any of the following:
Abusive language of any kind, including profanity, vulgarity, racism, illegal activity, etc.
Any direct contact information, including email addresses, URLs, instant messenger IDs, phone numbers, addresses, etc.
Unauthorized use of copyrighted or trademarked material
Business or political advertisements or solicitations
References to illegal activities or drug use
Languages other than English, Spanish, or French
Material that exploits or solicits personal information from individuals under the age of 18
Overt solicitation for sex or descriptions of sexual activity, anatomy, etc.
Solicitation of multiple or additional partners
Insufficient or illegible content
GodsMatch4U does not accept content from:
Incarcerated individuals
Individuals under the age of 18
Approving a Profile
When you update your profile text, we’ll review it before it gets posted on the site. This can sometimes take up to 1 hour.
We review every section of the profile, including the main profile essay, short answers to other profile questions, first name, occupation, etc. Whenever you make an update, the new text is reviewed before it becomes visible to other members.
Pending Approval:
When you submit an update to your profile text, it will go into “Pending” status. That means it’s waiting for us to review the changes. Your previous profile text will still be posted during this time, unless you don’t have any previously approved text.
Profile Approved:
If your profile is Hidden, it will become Visible when your updated profile text is approved. This only happens when your profile is Hidden.
If you’re using Private Mode, your profile will not become Visible when an update is approved. If you want to keep your profile Hidden, then you’ll need to adjust your visibility settings again after your profile update is approved.
Profile Rejected:
If your new profile text doesn’t meet our guidelines, then it won’t be approved or displayed on the site. We’ll send you an email to let you know why. If your previous profile text was approved, it will remain posted on your profile in most cases. Sometimes, a profile rejection will cause your profile to become hidden instead.
Changing Personal Information
You can update your sign-up information by using the steps below:
Sign in with your email address and password.
Navigate to your Profile by selecting your photo thumbnail or the Profile icon on the site/app
Select the pencil icon to the information you'd like to edit.
In order to help keep your account secure, you may be asked to do the following:
Enter your current date of birth and password.
Contact us if you signed up more than 90 days ago and want to update your email address or date of birth.
Updating an Email Address
When updating your account information, remember that an email address can only be associated with one GodsMatch4U account. If your new email address is not being accepted, it may be linked to an account you created in the past.

What is consent?
When someone freely communicates agreement or permission for something to happen, that’s consent. It’s all about recognizing and respecting boundaries: And only moving past them when both of you are on the same page.
As a general rule of thumb, “yes” means “yes”: So if you don’t get spoken consent, you don’t have consent at all.
What consent means, for them and you:

Community Guidelines
Welcome to the GodsMatch4U community. If you’re honest, kind, and respectful to others, you’ll always be welcome here. If you choose not to be, you may not last. Our goal is to allow users to express themselves freely as long as it doesn’t offend others. Everyone is held to the same standard on GodsMatch4U. We’re asking you to be considerate, think before you act, and abide by our community guidelines both on and offline. You heard that right: Your offline behavior can lead to the termination of your GodsMatch4U account. Below is a list of our community policies. If you violate any of these rules, you might be banned from GodsMatch4U. Seriously, don’t make us break up with you — because there will be no apologies or second chances once we do. We encourage you to report any behavior that violates our policies and read up on our Safety Tips.
Nudity/Sexual Content
We’re not asking you to cover up in a ski parka or even speak in full sentences, but please keep it classy and appropriate for public consumption. No nudity or sexually explicit content, and don’t chronicle all of your sexual desires in your bio. Keep it clean.
Harassment
Do not engage, or encourage others to engage, in any targeted abuse or harassment against any other user. This includes sending any unsolicited sexual content to your matches. Reports of stalking, threats, bullying, or intimidation are taken very seriously.
Violence and Physical Harm
We do not tolerate violent, graphic, or gory content on GodsMatch4U or any actions or content that advocate for or threaten violence of any sort, including threatening or promoting terrorism. Physical assault, coercion, and any acts of violence are strictly prohibited. Content that advocates for or glorifies suicide or self-harm is also not allowed. In these situations, we may take a number of steps to assist the user, including reaching out with crisis resources.
Hate Speech
Any content that promotes, advocates for or condones racism, bigotry, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups based on factors like (but not limited to) race, ethnicity, religious affiliation, disability, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity or pollical affiliation is not allowed.
Private Information
Don’t publicly broadcast any private information, whether yours or anyone else’s. This includes social security numbers, passports, passwords, financial information, or unlisted contact information, such as phone numbers, email addresses, and home/work addresses.
Spam
Don’t be fake. Be real instead. Don’t use GodsMatch4U to drive people to external websites via a link or otherwise.
Promotion or Solicitation
Soliciting other users is prohibited on GodsMatch4U. It’s fine to invite your matches to something that you’re doing, but if the purpose of your profile is to advertise your event or business, non-profit, political campaign, contest, or conduct research, we have the right to delete your account. While we’re excited that you’re doing a comedy show next week, please don’t use GodsMatch4U to promote it.
Prostitution and Trafficking
Promoting or advocating for commercial sexual services, human trafficking, or other non-consensual sexual acts is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being banned from GodsMatch4U immediately.
Scamming
GodsMatch4U has a zero-tolerance policy on predatory behavior of any kind. Anyone attempting to get other users’ private information for fraudulent or illegal activity may be banned. Any user caught sharing their own financial account information (PayPal, Venmo, etc.) for the purpose of receiving money from other users may also be banned from GodsMatch4U.
Impersonation
Be yourself! Don’t pretend to be someone else. Do not impersonate, or otherwise misrepresent affiliation, connection, or association with any person or entity. This includes parody accounts.
Minors
You must be 18 years of age or older to use GodsMatch4U. As such, we do not allow images of unaccompanied minors. If you want to post photos of your children, please make sure that you are in the photo as well. If you see a profile that includes an unaccompanied minor, encourages harm to a minor, or depicts a minor in a sexual or suggestive way, please report it immediately.
Copyright and Trademark Infringement
If it’s not yours, don’t post it. If your GodsMatch4U profile includes any work that is copyrighted or trademarked by others, don’t display it, unless you are allowed to do so.
Illegal Usage
Don’t use GodsMatch4U to do anything illegal. Pro tip: If it’s illegal in real life, it’s illegal on GodsMatch4U.
One Person, One Account
GodsMatch4U accounts cannot have multiple owners, so don’t create an account with your friend or significant other. Additionally, please don’t maintain multiple GodsMatch4U accounts.
Relationship Status
We welcome all single adults seeking one-on-one relationships ranging from companionship to friendship, romance to marriage. However, GodsMatch4U does not cater to individuals who are already in a committed relationship or marriage. You must be single or separated from a spouse.
